Reid out of Ireland squad

Sunderland midfielder Andy Reid is out of the Republic of Ireland's training camp in Portugal after injuring his hamstring in training.

Reid limped out of a training session yesterday and was withdrawn from the trip to the Algarve.

Daryl Murphy, Liam Miller and Paul McShane are still expected to travel to Portugal.

Reid is now a doubt for Ireland's friendly against Serbia at Croke Park next Saturday.

Ireland also play Columbia in London (Fulham FC) on May 29.
